My Approach

Introducing the EYB Plan:

a sustainable approach to achieving your weight loss goals through three main components.

The first component, Sustainable Nutrition, is divided into three phases: Reset, Reboot, and Excel. The Reset phase jumpstarts weight loss through a low-carb, high-protein, and healthy fats protocol. The Reboot phase slowly introduces starchy carbohydrates in a carb cycling protocol while maintaining a calorie deficit mode. Finally, the Excel phase teaches macro nutrient balancing and the 80/20 rule for maintaining weight loss goals in maintenance mode.

The second component, the Slow-burn Protocol, combines sustainable nutrition with a consistent workout in Zone 2 (60-69% max heart rate) to achieve effective glycogen burn and fat loss. As part of the EYB Plan, you and your coach will determine the best slow-burn activities for your goals and fitness level.

The third component, the Three-Cord Life Coaching Methodology, emphasizes the importance of clarity, discipline, and consistency in achieving success. Our coaches work with you to clearly understand your “why” and establish powerful daily habits to stay committed. The 80/20 approach focuses 80% on cognitive processes and 20% on nutrition directives to make lifelong changes to how you consume food and approach your lifestyle.

Does this program also include workout routines?

Initially, all of our programs start with a strong foundation on nutrition and slow, burn cardio alone. The reason we have this approach is because we want to create a strong foundation, which we believe to be the most important component in a person's ability to get physically well, and exceed their expectations in the least amount of time. After this foundation set a place, we are happy to make suggestions on resistance training programs.

How much do these programs cost?

We provide a customized approach to your goals and needs. In our initial 30 minutes discovery call we will diagnose your particular situation and make suggestions towards one of our customized solutions. We provide a premium service to our members and we don’t charge for time but instead for results.

What are the guarantees?

To this question we usually answer “What would you like to be guaranteed?” This answer provides us with a better understanding of what is keeping you back from moving forward. We feel very confident in what we do and we know that if you are coachable, ready in your heart of hearts and communication with your coach is good we will get above and beyond results for you.

How does communication with my coach work?

One of the key features inside of our programs is what we call “Hyper Accountability” this means that your coach will be in touch with you every other day via WhatsApp. We also provide weekly webinars for participants during and after the program indefinitely. The idea here is to create community and speak about subjects that are relevant to your nutrition journey.

Is this program for Vegans and Vegetarians?

We provide a customized approach to our members to meet their particular needs. Therefore, we do work with vegan and vegetarians and provide plant-based options that are appropriate for each person's nutrition plan.

What’s the program's philosophy?

Our goal is to guide clients to the EYB philosophy that frees clients to enjoy the foods and social interactions they most cherish while still being able to maintain your ideal weight and low body fat percentages.  We call this process “Metabolic Flexibility.” You’ll learn how the 80/20 Pareto principle applies to your everyday choices and experience a ton of freedom as you progress toward your goals. No more counting macros, points, or calories—and definitely no more fad diets that force people to operate in “an eternal and painful deficit.

Do your programs provide refunds?

All monies are final once the participant has signed the contract. Each coach only works with ten members at any given time and your space within the program is considered your real estate space within that timeline commitment. We are confident that you will get the results you signed up for and we guarantee that if you follow the program closely, with dedication and drive, then you will achieve your goals. If at any point during the contract period, you feel like something isn’t working or the progress you expected hasn’t been met, please contact us immediately so that we can address your particular situation.

Who is this program not for?

This program is not for those who are just interested but not committed. Commitment says that you will do whatever is necessary in order to be successful. Interested means that you will only do whatever is convenient.
